1. General Policy
All sales are final once the order is successfully delivered.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not guarantee refunds after delivery.
However, we do provide refunds under specific conditions listed below.
2. Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund if:
✔ Your order was not delivered within the promised time
✔ The service was completely undeliverable
✔ You were charged twice for the same order
✔ You accidentally placed duplicate orders
If any of these occur, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
✘ You changed your mind after purchase
✘ You entered incorrect order details
✘ Your account/platform was banned or restricted
✘ The service was successfully delivered
✘ Delays caused by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
We are not responsible for policy changes made by external platforms.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if:
- Order partially completed but cannot be finished
- Service stops due to platform limitations
The refund amount will be calculated based on the undelivered portion.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Opening a PayPal or Stripe dispute without contacting us first may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Blacklisting from future purchases
We strongly encourage contacting our support team first.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
5–10 business days
Refund will be sent to the original payment method.
